These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Evalier website, including all related content, features, products, services, forms, communications, and other website functionality provided through this store (collectively, the “Services”).
Evalier is currently in Early Access Preview. Ordering is not yet available. During this phase, visitors may browse our website, explore our collections, contact us, and join our Early Access list. These Terms will apply to your use of the website during the Early Access Preview phase and, once ordering becomes available, to purchases made through our online store.
Evalier is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and related technology used to operate this website.
By visiting, browsing, submitting a form, joining our Early Access list, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Website

2. Early Access Preview
Evalier is currently in Early Access Preview. Products may be displayed on the website before ordering officially opens.
Product availability, pricing, shipping options, payment methods, delivery destinations, and launch timing may change before ordering becomes available.
Any product shown as “Coming Soon” or described as part of the Early Access Preview is not yet available for purchase unless ordering has been officially enabled through the website.
Joining the Early Access list does not guarantee product availability, priority fulfillment, reserved inventory, pricing, or the ability to purchase a specific item.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product information, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and videos accurately.
However, product colors, textures, proportions, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, device displays, lighting conditions, photography, and production differences.
