Return & Refund Policy

Evalier is currently in Early Access Preview. Ordering is not yet available. This policy will apply once purchases become available through our online store.

We want every Evalier piece to arrive in excellent condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, clean, undamaged, with any original tags or packaging included where applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@evalier.shop before sending your item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address by email.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Evalier is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address by the carrier.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original condition being preserved.

Custom, personalized, final sale, or gift card items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for another item once ordering becomes available.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in its original condition, with any original tags or packaging included where applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
